“ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္သမၼတႀကီး”က ျပည္ေတာ္ျပန္လာၾကဖုိ႔ ဖိတ္ေခၚေပမယ့္ ဒီ၀န္ခံလက္မွတ္ကို စိတ္ကသိ ကေအာင့္ျဖစ္ေနၾကတဲ့ သူေတြ မ်ားစြာ ရွိေနပါေၾကာင္း ။   (က) ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အား အၾကည္အညိုပ်က္ေစသည့္ အျပဳအမူႏွင့္ ေျပာဆိုမႈမ်ားကိုေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ရန္.   (ခ) ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္၏ တည္ျငိမ္ေအးခ်မ္းမႈႏွင့္ တရားဥပေဒ စိုမိုးမႈကို ထိခိုက္ေစမည့္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈ၊ လႈံေဆာ္ေျပာဆိုမႈ၊ ေရးသားျဖန္႕ေ၀မႈမ်ားမျပဳလုပ္ရန္။   (ဂ) တရားမ၀င္ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ျခင္း မျပဳရန္။   (ဃ) အဖ်က္အေမွာက္ လုပ္ရပ္မ်ား ေရွာင္ရွားရန္၊   (င) ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္၏ ေက်းဇူးသစၥာကို ေစာင့္သိ၍ ဥပေဒေဘာင္အတြင္း ေအးခ်မ္းစြာေနထိုင္ရန္။
